Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://lawncarestonemountain.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services. MetroLawnDoc provides Lawn Aeration, Lawn Edging, Lawn Fertilization, Lawn Mowing, Leaf Blowing, Mulching, Shrub Trimming, Yard Clean Up and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://lawncarestonemountain.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MetroLawnDoc or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. MetroLawnDoc may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. MetroLawnDoc does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of MetroLawnDoc arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify MetroLawnDoc from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
